As of this past Thursday night, the official nominee of the New Britain Republican Party for the office of City Clerk is longtime Democrat Peter Denuzze. Mr. Denuzze has a long record of service in the city, having served many years as city clerk. “We are pleased to welcome Peter Denuzze to our bi-partisan slate. Peter’s [...] The announcement is a bit belated, but here is the video from Mayor Stewart’s rally back on July 5th. Mayor Stewart speaks of the importance of not slipping into the pattern of partisan politics rather talking about what New Britain Needs to succeed. The new chairman of the Republican National Committee is Michael Steele. His message is a strong reminder of what we need to do to reclaim control both locally and nationally. His acceptance speech was fantastic. |
